Olympic Committee, crowned Australian jockey Edwina Alexander the first place
in the Grand Prix race of the "Saudi Jump" championship, which
started last Thursday, and was organized by the Saudi Equestrian Federation at

of their keenness. Which His Highness, the Crown Prince, attaches to the
development and renaissance of all different sports to achieve the achievements
of this dear country.
His Highness added: "Today we
are witnessing the "Saudi Jump" tournament for the category (4
stars), which qualifies for the World Cup finals, which resulted in the
participation of a number of Saudi jockeys, including 15 male and female riders
under 21 years, and this is a joyous matter that heralds a distinguished future
for equestrian sport. Hosting such Tournaments and the participation of Saudi
riders with their international counterparts and their contact with them raise
their level, and we thank God for what has been achieved for our jockeys today
by winning the third place, and we aspire in the future that our riders will be
crowned with better positions.”
Next Thursday, the "Saudi
Jump" championship will start in its second and final week, with 12 rounds
of the 5-star category qualifying for the 2022 World Cup in Germany, with
financial prizes totaling 3.6 million riyals.
