Increase your flexibility in simple and easy steps


Movement plays an important role in your daily life:

You can improve your flexibility by making effort, focusing on breathing, or by doing stretching and strength exercises. If bending to touch your toes makes it difficult for you, you should consider ways to increase your flexibility. Because this has an impact on your daily life for sure.

In addition, it is important to incorporate these following activities into your routine to relieve muscle tension and soreness if you are looking to exercise regularly.

Start a routine that works for you:

Begin a series of stretching and breathing exercises for at least 10 minutes a few times a week. Continuing will make a significant difference in your flexibility.

Add stretching to your morning or bedtime routine.

Here are some suggestions for adding stretching to your next session:

      Breathing exercises: Also called deep diaphragmatic breathing, this exercise strengthens the diaphragm muscles that depend on them during breathing exercises. They are important to facilitate stretching and strength exercises.

      It is better to do kinetic stretching at the beginning of the exercise because it stimulates the movement of the muscles in a certain range in preparation for the exercise. Every part of your body moves in one direction, and this helps in warming up your muscles before starting the exercise.

      It is best to do static stretching at the end of the exercise because it involves moving the joint to the maximum and holding it for a period of 30 to 90 seconds. This helps relieve muscle tension and can be considered a great way to calm down after the exercise.

Pay attention to your body :

With any form of exercise it is important to always pay attention to your body. Especially in stretching and stretching, it is essential to practice these exercises safely, and if you feel any discomfort or pain, you should stop immediately because you may risk muscle strain or tear.

With consistent practice, you will find many benefits and you will be easily flexible with each exercise!
