Exercising in
Ramadan can cause dehydration
Exercising during this hot summer weather, the human
body loses a lot of fluids and stored mineral salts through the process of
sweating, through which the body balances its temperature, in addition to the
length of the fasting period, which extends between 14 to 16 hours, during
which the body is not financed any of the nutrients it needs.
Therefore, the increase in the intensity, intensity
and effort of physical activity leads to the depletion of a greater amount of energy
consumed and financed mainly from the diet.
Therefore, it must be warned that the depletion of energy and the depletion of mineral salts and fluids from the body may lead to health consequences such as headaches, light waves, and fainting, the most dangerous of which is dehydration, which may lead to damage to some vital organs in the human body, such as the kidneys.
