Tomorrow... Green Gymnastics launches Asia's journey
On Wednesday, the first Saudi gymnastics team will
launch its participation in the Asian Championship, hosted by Doha, the Qatari
capital, with the participation of 137 male and female players, representing 21
countries.
Ali Al-Mubarik, Habib Al-Sweileh, Abdul Aziz
Al-Juhani, Jaafar Al-Sayegh, and Nasser Al-Sumairi will start the official
Saudi participation, on Wednesday.
The Saudi Green finished its final preparations, on
Tuesday, under the leadership of the duo, Mohammed bin Jalul and Makki
Al-Mubarik, the coach of the national team.
For his part, Rakan Al-Fuhaid, Executive Director of
the Saudi Gymnastics Federation, said that Al-Akhdar is ready to compete in the
continental competition, saying: "We have great confidence in Al-Akhdar's
stars in achieving gold after the great preparations that the players underwent
in the Eastern Region camp."
