Healthy exercise to prevent diseases

regularly and safely. With viruses and chronic diseases, it is therefore

it supports the pushing of the body in the water and removes painful pressure from
the joints by moving them more flexibly under the water, so it is the ideal
exercise
2- Lifting weights: Here we are not only talking about
increasing the size of the muscles, but also increasing their strength
3- Walking: It is the simplest type of exercise, but
it is one of the most useful types of exercise. It helps to maintain the shape
of the body, improve cholesterol levels, maintain blood pressure, and
strengthen bones. It also reduces the risk of diseases and health problems.
